Again, every human either has a will or is unconcious, as there is no possible way a human can remain concious without having a will.
There are no humans with such severe brain demage that they don´t have a will but are concious, as that much brain demage would stop anyone from being concious.
As such, the argument is invalid, since you would have to use a way to give those people orders that does not include the brain AS IT WON'T SEND ANY ORDERS TO THE MUSCLES WITHOUT A WILL.

Well, I´m not gonna say much about that, but I do know that people seem to judge mentally disabled peoples thoughts by their behavior.
That´s why I dislike every damn report about Asperger Syndrome that isn´t written by someone who has Asperger Syndrome (I have Asperger syndrome didn´t think that, did you?) because they all describe people with Asperger Syndrome as people who are "totally unable to do social interaction because they don´t care about other people´s feelings". In fact, it is very difficult for people with Asperger Syndrome to find out what the person in fromt of them is feeling and thus some start acting as if they didn´t have feelings because they don´t know which ones he has either way. And I don´t believe that someone who has had lobotomy done to him doesn´t have a will. I just believe they can´t dislike the situation. If they are given a very small room, they can´t dislike it but still want a bigger one. However, they will propably think "No reason to bother the boss...".
