Also Ivan I assume you are talking about Tennant era Doctor Who, in which case combining it with any other franchise would simply dilute the awesomeness, If you are talking about Smith era, you could make it more awesome by combining it with other franchises, or by simply bringing back the Daleks in their full power

Doctor Whooves (the usual DW-MLP crossover which the vid I posted was about) usually starrs the 12th doctor. Neither Tennant nor Smith. After Smith. And that pony in the pics is the Master.

It depends. There are a lot of doctor Whooves canons.
In my prefered one, all is set in a alternate unbiverse where the Master goes nuts and kills all the Time Lords, Daleks, Sontarans and "Cyber Ponies" before they can begin slaying each other...
And the Doctor is the Valeyard in Pony-form...
