usage of a basilisk
the basilisk contains 3 parts
the left shield the main body and the right shield

both shields are armored from the outside
and inlayed with reflector panels from the inside
these panels are reinforced by the ships enegy shielding
because its double coated with shields
the reinforced panels change the direction of the thruster power
were it would normally go out it goes into the middle and follows a pattern before it goes out
by following this pattern it heats the ship and presses the shields outward to give it some extra stength
but because its reflecting and keeping it in route the same amount of thrust goes out
