Shi'Nakar has been granted access to the facility. Accommodations will be made to her living quarters in order to provide for her needs.
Cambles Korrimann will be monitored for excessive use of psionic abilities when not required, but is also granted access to the facility. Also, unless the background is submitted, then personality tests are in order.

The control tower operator sighed and looked at the radar screen. One shuttle coming in, two going out, and another ship requesting landing. He contacted the ship.
"This is NeoRoman Kalii II Control tower, please transmit IFF data and mission," he said.
"IFF data transmitted, mission is to deliver Dr. Kelly to the project," the ship replied. The operator checked the IFF, saw it matched, and then checked the landing pads. One of the shuttles had meant to have already left, but the mechanical clamp refused to disengage.
"IFF data approved. One of our landing pads is blocked and the next departure isn't for another 45 standard minutes. Please remain in a holding pattern until a pad clears up."
"Roger, holding." The channel clicked off.
The operator checked the radar again and noticed a small blip not noticed previously on the sensors. Before he could identify it, it converged with the shuttle coming in. An alarm went off at this point. He quickly pulled up a detailed sensor map. Whatever it was, it had collided with the incoming shuttle. And the shuttle was going down. And it was carrying the researcher Kayntor. The operator scrambled and grabbed a communicator.
"This is control tower, yellow alert. An unidentified object has just collided with shuttle designated DE-3, carrying VIP Researcher Kayntor. Scramble search and rescue, coordinates uploaded to the craft." The sensors began violently beeping. At least 10 other blips appeared on the screen. A military officer ran up to him, looked at the screen, and then snatched the communicator.
"Alert, the facility is under attack by an unidentified attacker! 10 missiles coming from bearing 280, impact in 5 seconds! Scramble the fighters, alert command and brace for impact!" Markus walked in at this point.
"What the hell-?" he started, before he was cut off by a deafening explosion. Markus fell to the ground as the room violently rocked, accompanied by screeching metal. Several blast doors sealed nearby.
"Sir, we have severe damage in the living quarters on all levels, the docking bay, and the viral research area!" The operator said. He looked at the sensors. "Fifteen more missiles are incoming, 30 seconds!"
"Activate the god damn shields already!" The officer said. When the operator gave him a blank stare, the officer pushed him aside and slammed his fist on the console. Seconds later, a pale, transparent blue dome arced up over the facility. The missiles struck it seconds later, causing ripples as the explosions attempted to pierce the dense shield. It held. The radar registered another blip, but this missile was not aimed at the facility. It was aimed at empty space.
The operator looked at the sensor console. "Sir, the fighters have targeted a ship not on our sensors. It should appear momentarily..." The blip disappeared, revealing a much larger signature. "What... That's the NeoRoman missile frigate Halifax! What the hell?" The officer looked at the sensor.
"Terrorists. They just tried to assassinate incredibly important persons in the facility! Trying to-" The officer was cut off by Markus, who stepped to the sensors.
"It's not terrorists," he said. "It's the virus. The virus is attempting to defend itself, leading to the conclusion that it somehow escaped out containment." He strolled up to the communicator and dialed the viral research area. "When was the Virus last tested?" He asked.
"Approximately 30 minutes ago," the lab responded. Markus nodded and turned to the operator.
"When did you last see the Halifax?"
"Maybe 30 minutes ago sir," the operator responded.
"Precisely. So we know it is sentient and actively attempting to breach containment." He paced around the room. "We will have to counter it further." The communicator reported a message, and the officer opened it.
"We just got a report from security," the officer said. "No casualties in any area, but we have a few injuries from shrapnel in the landing bay." Another message. "The rescue team has also located the downed shuttle. The hull is intact, it appears only the engine and wing was hit. Extraction is underway."
"Good, good," Markus stated. "We should be back to running in no-" He was interrupted by an urgent beeping from the sensors. Weapon locks.
"Sir," the operator started. "The Cavnin battleship has all of its weapons locked onto our facility." The communicator then went off. The operator reluctantly picked it up, and turned to Markus.
"The pilot is on the line. They want answers, and they want them now."
