It isn't a common design, which is why I want to use it, because I'm such as hipster and the likes.

and joykler, I will do a hovertank, but not for the first one, because hovertanks can be seen as lazy, and I want to do something interesting for the first model, for if i make a hovertank, anybody else who is even slightly involved in modelling will think I was too lazy to make wheels, so I will make a hovertank AFTER I have made a futuristic conventional tank.

EDIT: quick update: refined the MMD model slightly:
*yes that damage was from the MMD*

EDIT2: just found a gap between shapes in the A-144 model, fixing now.

ok i dont know how you want to do tanks because driving them on difficult terrain would be very very awkward even if it doesnt seem lazy

but if you do look at the ancient warfare mod that looks kindda oke

Flan Tanks will be awkward no matter what, even hover tanks will seem weird.
I will do both hover and conventional tanks.

@ prototype I know it's how the bullets are made in Flans (Or at least I think I am) but this looks bad. The problem is the 2D shape and the color itself that make it look just like a static ball. It needs brighter color so that it feels bright as if it glows ...

The plasma projectile is too large.

EDIT: It's 3D, Iv.

It would be for tanks, so the size won't be as much as a problem, but on a handheld gun it looks ridiculous, and the colours are easy to fix, but apart from that, does this method of making the plasma shot seem viable?

I can't seem to think of other ways of making something like a plasma shot, I did try a box that had been inflated at one end (like a teardrop, but blockier) but the shapes can't be made small enough for that to work well, and spheres can't be done, this is the closest I could do.

It might be better if it was stretched out instead of spherical, I dunno.

It can be easily stretched out, it's just a matter of retexturing it, the actual model is a lot bigger than what you can see there, meaning you can do a lot with it simply by changing the texture, though higher resolution textures would be very useful here.

can i ask a question
why flans
i suggest to negotiate with the ancient warfare mod[that is not so ancient anymore with high explosives and all]
to ask if he would change it to warfare mod and to start working on some projects in there

he has a really good system for vehicles ,turrets and overall weapons
he has new soldier, medic, engineer ai's [could be used for manning space ships]
they react not perfectly jet but the look very buisy and try to hide for dangerous situations

he has a great way of lagg free automatic building
the vehicle animations look great

so i would look at the site and think about it because it would be alot better than flans [sorry for saying]

We're producing a content pack for Flan's mod. That's not even remotely the same thing as asking another modder to quit his mod and work for us because you think his is better. You understand what Flan's mod is, don't you?
