Been planning a tank for a while, but haven't really looked at how the are put together, though I assume the turret parts rotate around X0 Z0
As for something lik coil guns, I am going to make a model for the Tactical Mass Driver, like a big ass model, it will work like a MG, but be really long and cool.
Also, update on progress I've done today:
Made a new laser model (like SDK's old laser)
Realized the Rocket Pod model was levitating, and fixed it.
Made a "Dark Angel" version of the A-144 (think Black and Gold)
Various * around with gun stats.
Blew up 5 NPC villages testing the Dark Angel with twin Rocket Pods.
Once again failed to make a pointy missile
Much raging
Updated To-do list:
Finish the AR-15 (for next update)
Do some big ass model for the Tactical Mass Driver, preferably 2 blocks long (for next update)
make a tank design a tank (that is not from halo, and doesn't have curves)
Finish adding Taco's conventional weapons (for next update)
Fix Burnttoaster's gunship (for whenever)

No, but it looks a lot better than the previous model, I did want a 2D sprite on three orthogonal planes, but the resolution is way too low for that to work, and a box... Well that is even less of a model
And I am not modelling the wraith, ever, but I do quite like the design of the scorpion, so I may draw aspects from the base of the scorpion when I design my tank, but that can wait.

I don't think even Manus could model the Wraith well, too curvy to make it in techn, even if you tried to make it a bit blockier.

I had an IFV model that was in the Toolbox phase, but not sure if the file is still there. Depends whether that gun rotates like a turret, if you want a turret, you need to extend use a tank file, if you just want a vehicle with a non rotatable gun, you might be able to just have it as a normal vehicle, but I'll have to look that up, though I am sure Manus has a Humvee that does something like this

Ok working on a model for the Tactical Mass driver:

Now the eagle eyed/knowledgeable in Flan's mod will notice that the MG's are floating, this is apparently normal, but I will soon find out.
all I have to do to finish it is fix one tiny little shape, then it should be completed.
