There is no way you get 2233 ships to fight in that crap and surely there are no planets that belong to you with millions of people. If it was SoSE I'd say one can control around 100 ships.

A hundred ships is a loser fleet in SoaSE. The maximum possible is a thousand.

As I said the limit is not in speed (Which is a factor) but how many ships you can maintain at a given time.

Well if i can have a fleet made entirely of A.I. then i don't think thats much of an issue, plus i think size is based on planetary systems not population.

Well most of them were quite short so you could read a whole page in like 5 minutes, you don't get step limits in FPSs do you ?
