Political afficianados across the Sovereignty are still unsure what to make of this, but some note that upon signing the mechanical Alliance request, a significant amount of trading ships carrying raw materials disembarked from Shav Commerce Center towards the 1st quadrant.

OOC: A battle is likely going to pop up on EE's border between elements of Taln's task force and the ships of the Brony Navy (?). When Ivan specifies how many ships he has arrayed against mine, a decider will need to figure out how the incursion plays out.

NeoRome accepts the NCSD Alliance, and would like to extend it's alliance to Taln to form the Coalition of Anti-Brony Empires (CABE). It will remain neutral in the conflict, only supplying munitions and supplies.
