Have you seen Duncan's KSP Let's Play? He propably didn't even read the manual and the only reason he didn't incredi-fail was comments by people who had watched Scott Manley vids.

In other words he was a noob, now tell me is a "noob" a good reason to discriminate someone ? He just plays the game like anyone else and apparently most ppl who play video games don’t like to read lengthy manuals, yea as a result you sometimes miss stuff which makes you look like a "noob" for those who know the game better but hey I am sure that when I play I can catch myself doing stupid stuff in new games. The reason why you should or should not watch someone playing a video game is whether or not you like the commentating style. For example I don't like Pewdiepie's style simply because it feels like too much screaming for me, even though he got great montage videos.

It just feels that sometimes ppl hate those yogscast for no good reason, it is true they should be a bit less popular than they are but they are not as bad as you picture them.

Agreed. I used to really not like them a while back, probably because of their popularity more than anything else, but they do make some decent videos.

Now GameChaps are pretty annoying. I guess you have to find the overboard british accents funny to excuse them being utterly incomprehensible.

As for the credit thing w/ the Yogscast, they didn't give credit to several modders and mappers. I'd actually like to see those videos taken down; those pig race videos they did were actually a map they downloaded, but they made as if ridgedog had made them. But the rest of their stuff is quite good.

As for the yogscast, I do agree some of the videos where they did not provide proper credit to the mappers and/or modders do need to be taken down.

Well I guess this is up for whoever made the map. Though if that one who made the map was the voxel box by any chance then don't worry because Ridge does run the voxel box and they tend to use their maps.

Well, to be fair, they do help a lot in promoting mod(pack)s and they also have a pretty good format with the "story-driven Minecraft Let's Play", though I wonder if SoI will ever be continued.
