I dunno cats, I haven't heard of any...
I did find a solution - I basically made a new 'The End' world and forced it to use Skylands terrain generation via Multiverse. It looks like a decent asteroid belt when reskinned, my only problem would be finding a way to make mining Endstone useful.
Oh, also could use some help with the texturepack. It looks kinda stupid ATM - just a jumble of bits taken from packs across the web that may or may not be compatible with 1.5 (dispensers look dumb, for example).
