It's a part of the Shot Bow network, one of those Minecraft MMOs fr0st mentioned, you can read more on it @ http://www.minez.net/whatislms

I believe their servers are down or some nonsense, but normally you connect to us.shotbow.net and then go to the area under the blood covered sword; a VoIP application would probably be needed to coordinate, minez themselves have a Mumble but it's bound to be filled with lunatics.
