I thought of Ivan Kintobor and here were his results:
1)the Void
2)"I know who you are thinking of, but I guess it is not for children."
After that, he cut my ability to answer more of his questions.
For the record, he asked a total of over 30 questions.

Holy fuck, it got Zero, but it actually differentiated between Maverick hunter Zero and Megaman zero.

And it got Dr Ciel.

But it can't get Elpizo, ended up with Omega, then nothing.

EDIT: defeated it, with a fairly major character as well

Edit: and it can't get Copy X either, came up with X, Sigma, Vile and this other one, but no Copy X, an even more major character

Well, it did know Jeb Kerman, MC Steve, Scootaloo, Werner von Braun and possibly a few other ppl I don't recall.
It didn't know Snively Robotnik or Hope Kintobor tho.
Disappoint.

Edit: if you are below 18, tell it you are anyway, as otherwise it may block some stuff and not give you the possibility to tell it whether it is right once it thinks you are asking for NSFW stuff.

Guessed right on Spy, Jason Brody, Vaas Montenegro, Mulch Diggums and Doge.
I had forgotten how amusing this thing was.

It does seem to ignore things you've already said, when I tried to get Copy X it gave me Megaman X even though I had said the character is evil.

I'll see if it can guess Dr Weil, I doubt it will.

Let's see if it can get God Emperor Leto Atreides II.

E: Damn, it got it.

It got the God Emperor of Mankind from Warhammer 40K, so I'd guess it can.

After a hundred questions, it failed to guess Hwi Noree.

E: AND Townsen.

Took about 45 questions to guess Kei Nagase.

EDIT: So I tried some more characters, some from popular franchises, some not, some actually real.
14 questions to guess the Lone Wanderer from FO3.
40 questions to guess Sherlock Holmes.
25 questions to guess Anderson Cooper.
25 questions to guess Flutterbat. (I'm honestly pretty surprised by this.)
48 (!) questions to guess Kim Dotcom.
Couldn't guess Erich Hartmann.
Could, however, guess Eric (Badspot) Hartman (32 guesses).
Couldn't guess Patrick James "PJ" Bennett from ACZ. (This is a pretty obscure character, but still.)

EDIT 2: Tried it with Vinyl, it gave the answer "One of your acquaintances" after 25 questions. Disappointing, really.

Only 30 until it got Wedge Antilles. Not half bad. But it was hopeless on Tycho Celchu.

Took 33 to get to Dr. Vahlen.
16 for FemShep.
Too busy on my fifth ME2 (and second series) playthrough to do any more.
