They don't create drag at all. In fact, their only real function is to reduce it. I'm not sure about the turbulence part, although I seriously doubt it.

Turbulence is when air swirls caused by your movement result in aerodynamic weirdness.
On a plane, they reduce lift, causing it to shake a bit.
I don't know what they would do to a golf ball, but I imagine they could cause it to rotate, making it bounce weirdly once it hits the ground.

It's cow meat. Minced veal tastes like minced moose meat, so should I assume that regular veal tastes like regular moose meat? In that case human tastes delicious.

Veal is the meat off of a calf that's kept from moving around much(that is, at all), usually it's a pretty abusive process. It's delicious, though.
