I'm well aware. I was trying to suggest that this would be a great asset for someone making a Thrawn figure. Or any Grand Admiral, of course. Gold epaulettes were used by some of the Royal Navy officers in the Pirates sets.

White Imperial uniform. The rank insignia isn't quite right, but all you'd need is a blue head.

There's a lot of really, really good stuff there, too, though.
Spoiler:

Hard to tell from this picture, but the guy on the right is actually a Naboo Royal Guard, not another Naboo Security guy, and the Gungan seems to be Captain Tarpals.

Image
Vader's helmet is made in two parts, so you can lift off the top to leave the jawline, like you see in the movie when his helmet's off. It looks very nice. Luke also has a green lightsaber on the box art, so I'm not worried about that.

Image
Includes a Jawa and IG-88.

Image
Note the R3 astromech with the transparent dome, and that Sabine comes with both hair and helmet, as well as it being a cool build.

Image
BUT WHY THOUGH
Apparently there are at least six more of these things somewhere.

Image
LEGO PLS
Not certain why it comes with the figure, as it's at the same scale as the X-wing and B-wing, about twice minifigure-scale. The pilot has arm printing, though, so I'm not complaining.

Image
Leia has a cloth poncho, too.

Image
Vader's helmet. Not sure what's up with Luke's lightsaber; it's green on the minifigure panel and blue in the scene. I can't imagine it won't be sorted by the time the set's released, anyway.

If you're asking that as a serious question, it was in 1978. :|
