Any (Non-Biased) Reason to not buy these parts? Suggested parts? etc? Am I forgetting anything?

Ok, your case doesn't need to be the most expensive thing, really it shouldn't be...
Also if you're planning on gaming with this thing you are gonna need a graphics card. A good GPU is gonna be around 100-200 bucks, and you can go nVidia or AMD on those.
Processor: the one you have looks fine to me. Just don't get an AMD FX series ones, those were a flop. The A10 is a good choice.
That motherboard has 2 pci x16 slots, so you could crossfire/SLI graphics cards in the future, a feature most motherboards are missing.
Everything else looks goo just reduce the budget on the case down to somewhere around 40 or 50 bucks and spend that money on a graphics card. Maybe a radeon 7850 or an nVidia GTX 650ti/660/760 everything is at weird prices right now.

NOT a millionaire, thank you very much.
I also don't like ASUS, and Intel.

You don't need to be a millionaire to get these parts, these are literally entry level components. Much cheaper than your original build, which couldn't run Starcraft Brood War, anyway.

I don't like brussel sprouts. Looks like we're both out of luck.

All I will say is that the Tesla is worth it's weight in gold. I am pretty sure that is how they priced it, as well.
