A while ago, I visited the old forum, and saw that it was not long until Tiel's 16th birthday.
As far as I'm concerned, the 16th birthday is a big deal for Americans, nicknamed "Sweet Sixteen",* so I promised him in the chat that I'd congratulate him on this special day.
Now I see that the day is here, so even though I don't know if he's banned or not, I hope he sees this.
Tiel, I wish you a happy birthday and a Very Sweet Sixteen*!
*I have been informed that "Sweet Sixteen" is a girl thing. I'm sorry if I offended you or anyone else.

That's hyperlite. There was an incident. There's at least one thread about it, in the Court of Appeals. It looks like he's unbanned now, anyway.
