Holy crap. Saw it on the weekend (on Netflix, no less) and took a look @ TV Tropes. Found a list as long as my leg:

It was an OK movie, but it had plot holes like swiss cheese, and it doesn't really have anything to do with the later Alien movies.

You know the world is coming to an end when they make a movie about a Hasbro board game.
Or when they make prequels, then try to explain the plot holes.

Also, in Alien they found the dead Engineer in the pilot seat of the starship, with his chest burst open by a xenomorph. In Prometheus, he died in the escape shuttle thing.

I sure hope the
Prometheus doesn't have any holes in it! That could be very lethal to the crew.
