Title says it all, just post a picture and the source (Name of the manga, game, movie, TV show, etc.) maybe a description,
or why you chose it.

My favorite are the EVAs from Neon Genesis Evangelion:

(From right to left) Unit 00-02
They are about 46 feet tall. They are the only defense against the "Angels", Aliens which want to destroy the earth.
But watch the Anime on Youtube.

That's an AT-KT, but I love the entire AT series, which can be found here.

I like the mix-and-match variety myself. Chrome Hounds was probably the best at it, but Armored Core was more accessible. AC4 was the last I played, though, and it was waaay too easy to cheese with 1-shot cannons. Campaign keeps sending squirrely baby units at you in the hopes you would have to chase them around. I was not one for chasing, so they played tag with Bullet. Bullet was very good at tag... >:D

Anyway, definitely want to bring the mix-and-match style to FC mechs. So much fun.

Also looking forward greatly to Hawken. I think it's gonna be big for the genre.

U78-X/D Diablon from Shadow the Hedgehog.
It never got completed and had to battle Shadow with just the upper half finished and some repulsor provisionally attached for mobility...
Would have liked to see it complete... It was pretty powerful.

I highly doubt it.
Because then I would have posted Mecha-Sonic.

Don't you mean metal sonic? Or a bigger metal sonic,

I guess Mecha Ridley could count as a mech, I mean its big enough for someone to ride on, which would be freaking awesome, riding around on your own robot alien/pterodactyl.

Nope. Thare´s a lot of mecha/metal sonic thingies.
Metal Sonic 1.0
Metal Sonic 2.0
Metal Sonic 2.5
Metal Sonic Shard
Metal Sonic 3.0
Metal Sonic 3.1
Metal Sonic 3.2
Metal Sonic 3.3
Metal Sonic 3.4
Metal Sonic 3.5
Metal Sonic 3.6
Metal Sonic 3.7
Metal Sonic 3.8
Metal Sonic Trooper
Pseudo Sonic
Silver Sonic 1.0
Silver Sonic 2.0
Silver Sonic 3.1
Titan Metal Sonic
and finally Mecha Sonic
are all the Sonic-duplicate robots up to date.
I know that´s a lot.
My EE primarily uses the 3.8 version.

FC Forums House Rule (as of just now):

-Cyborgs don't count as mecha, nor do powered suits, though you may still make an argument for where the line between powered suits and vehicles should be drawn.
-A vehicle with limb-based terrestrial locomotion will generally be considered mecha, even if it has other modes of travel.
-Non-legged vehicles may be considered mecha if they are catagorized the same as clear-cut mecha examples in-universe.
-A mecha must be pilotable to quality, even if it can also work autonomously. If it is piloted remotely, it is a drone and doesn't qualify.
-The Transformers franchise does not quality as mecha.

Exceptions:

-Evangelion counts as mecha despite them being mostly organic, because Anno is a troll doesn't get to call the shots in my house.
-Likewise, machines considered "alive" or "sentient" in in-universe canon may also qualify as mecha if they are treated as vehicles and would have otherwise qualified.

Any objections?
