Notice: This post contains extremely major spoilers from the Season Five finale of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. If you don't want to learn basically the whole plot of the finale episode before it is aired, do not open this spoiler. I request that all discussion of this be spoilered also. Also, please don't post anything along the lines of 'Who cares about this?'. That's completely useless given the nature of the thread and I will likely delete your post.
Spoiler:
Those @#$%ers are breaking canon again. Worse this time. They're offing Bariss Offee. Bariss Offee was killed on Fleucia by clone troopers under Lieutenant Galle during Order 66. Now The Clone Wars is having her betray the Jedi order. If you've seen the most recent Clone Wars episodes, Bariss is the saboteur. @#$% that. First it was Even Piell. I can handle Even Piell. Then it was Adi Gallia. That's more annoying, but OK. And now Bariss Offee? What the @#$% are they thinking? Do they check these things at all? There are supposed to be, what, ten thousand Jedi in the galaxy at that time? How can it possibly be that they've managed to kill off not one, not two, but three Jedi who already had deaths in other canon? Are they actually trying to break the rest of Star Wars? I say again: What the @#$% are they thinking? Make new Jedi! That's your job, isn't it? How hard is it to introduce a new Jedi? Adi Gallia didn't need to die. They needed to kill a Jedi, but they needed a random Jedi. They've used random Jedi before. YOU HAVE TEN THOUSAND REDSHIRTS, LEAVE THE ACTUAL CHARACTERS ALONE! Even Piell needed to be an important Jedi, a Council member, but why, oh why pick almost the only one on the council who already has a death scene? And why in hell would they break Bariss Offee? This is absolutely ridiculous. I had almost no faith left in Dave Filoni and the Clone Wars crew, but what little was left has been completely shattered by this latest debacle.

No. As I said, it has not been aired. This comes from an interview with Dave Filoni that was published in Star Wars Insider.

Slightly lower.

Canon breakers?
Yeah, I dislike it when people DON'T FRIKKIN RESEARCH ABOUT THE STUFF THEY'RE USING IN THEIR FRIKKIN SHOWS.
Seriously, trolling canon comes on my bad-things-media-does-list second only to writing a book about a film without even knowing the franchise...

So are we still mad at Episode 7?

I guess we´re gonna wait and hope the best about ep7.
If they´re smart (and they propably are, considering that smartness is a key factor to success), they won´t crush all of canon just to make a new movie.
Maybe they´ll make a movie to one of the book series. Not great, but still better than nothing.
Or they decide to screw up and establish two lines of canon, written and movies, like they did with Marvel superheroes...

They've already said that it's going to be an original storyline. It would be great if they were just filming one of the books, because they'd have to try awfully hard to seriously injure canon that way. I think they're going to absolutely destroy a @#$%-ton of canon. I don't have any evidence for that guess, but of course there's no evidence for the other guess either, and mine is unfortunately cheaper for them to make.

...I suddenly have the feeling we are getting Star Trek-style reboot...

The director of Episode VII was the director of the last Star Trek movie.
