Hmmm, Last time I checked sea do not own Nintendo, who started the touchscreen thing. Also sea would have to go and sue apple, for the use of touchscreens that are used for games. Also sega no longer make decent games (well, maybe sonic 4, but they are milking that like crazy), so i honestly doubt sega will succeed, if they do, I am going to sue McDonald's for violating my patent on putting meat between two bits of bread.

This whole touch screen suet has been done before. No one got any money and it was just a waste of time.
@block why can't parents live, too?
