Now, the only owl holiday around now is the Winter Solstice, but you humans have some sort of holiday mess around now, so I decided to make this thread. I also shall create a poll, and if enough votes are given to one thing, it will be done.

Odds are it will be a quick thing, just 10 or so lines of text. The Council is, if anything, efficient.
