Right looking at the map, Greenland, Alaska, and most of Canada are unclaimed along with aost all of mainland South America.

If we could get three more people over there we could claim control of pretty much all of South America, form a pact of states. And wreck house worldwide.

Did you read my posts on the last page? I think they explain pretty well... The RP's a bit free-form, and at the same time the rules are well defined.
