Ah, what's the unclarity from? If you would enjoy RPing running a nation, come over and have fun. Use the nation ID I provided so you can get on the forums, and tell me your username so I can get you masked for posting in the SKRP subsection of the Blackhorse Pub. Otherwise, I'm up for SoaSE Sunday if we can round people up.

Read the first post in the Map and Rules thread, see what areas of the Map are open, pick a place to RP, and think up something to RP. Then request that area you picked, make a Declaration of Existence thread (read some of the others for some ideas) in the DoE subforum, and hey presto! Start RPing with us. I'm Jade Lithaen on there. You should be masked.

Edit: So the chain of events goes:

Blackhorse Pub->SK:RP->Scroll down->Click Map and Rules thread->Look at map, read rules->Brainstorm->Post DoE in DoE section->Post the territories you're claiming in the Map thread->RP!

Additionally, we have an IRC channel if you guys would like to know it.
