hello i am new to this Future-craft thing and i am kind of confused like is the server already up and is this a mod pack or a mod you guy are making i came from the Mc forums and i am really lost

Gratz mate thats perhaps because you were never supposed to reach this place
. This place used to be the home of the FC total convertion mod for MC however lets face it its not going to be made as it seems so instead we spawned a community and began doing other stuff such as an extremley popular flan's pack by the same name as well as a big role playing section and a small server we run !

All good questions.
The mod page you were probably linked from on the MCForums is dead; that mod idea is pretty much gone. We now have a server, however, which is up and ready for players. In short, we are a gaming community and we have a modpack and server.

Currently things are in development, meaning if you go and build something there's a high chance it will be nuked by modpack changes in the near future. Also we let ACH build.

It'll be a while too, I just fucked the server over and lost half the files. Nothing important is gone, but it's a pain to reupload

Well, anyway, it's nice to have a new member. Only time will tell if you'll actually stay or not, but yeah, Futurecraft is dead, most of us have only recently started playing Minecraft again, but at least we're a gaming community with a focus on scifi, I guess.
