So without warning, while you're reading this, an unknown force turns you into a Space Marine.

This force lets you choose between Tactical, Devestator, or Assault Marine; if you're religious, you're a chaplain; medically trained (beyond CPR), an Apothecary.

You keep your personality, but gain all the fun stuff of a space marine.

If CvN is here, she ends up as a Sororitas.

MORE FUNSIES:
1/30th of the African population become Orks.

5% of every national military become Imperial Guardsmen.

Everyone who dies within the next hour becomes a Necron.

And anyone with a case of Ebola becomes a Tyranid.

Enjoy!

Also Putin becomes the Emperor

Remember, brothers...

Doesn't this belong into Roleplay?
And I'd have no idea what kind os Space Marine I'd become, I know bullshit about WH40k, but I'd go for Tactical from the sound of it.

Devastator. Totally devestator. Praise the emperor!

But yeah, to be honest most of us would land in a scout squad. After surviving the pre-surgery trials. Depends on what chapter recruits us. Probably the Red Bears, but I don't have any information about them so I can't tell.

Assault Marine for me, no question about that.
Seriously, who would say no to this?
It's glorious. Absolutely glorious.

I don't know what a space marine is. I should be ashamed, I think.

Tau, I don't even know what a bolter is and even I get the point that you just tainted this thread with heresy big time.

And here I was, thinking I was the only one who barely know shit about WH40K...

In the year 40 000 people have decided that technology is evil because they hold the emperor of humanity as a god and are super-religious about it. Therefore, everything looks like someone made it in medieval times with enormous tools, and people fight orks and people who have become corrupted by some other religious thing idk, and also each other about who is the most religious. Also their tanks make World War One look like it was set in the future.

Space Marines are the most prime fighters. They wear, nay, are enormous pieces of armor and slash/burn/explode bad guys with chainswords, bolters, lasweapons, heavy weapons, et cetera. The tactical marines Error speak of are skilled in everything, the devastator marines are skilled with heavy weapons (I think), and assault marines jump around removing space kebab with the eternal glory of the Emprah, as seen in the video I linked.

Chainswords are basically chainsaw swords only actually useful (idk how though), bolters are massive guns that shoot slugs that explode inside the target if they don't disintegrate their body first, and lasweapons are laser weapons.

Said corrupting religion is actually that of evil space demons that live in a place called the Immaterium, which everyone except the Space Elves use for FTL travel. Those space demons are actually the servants of giant space satans that also live in the Immaterium, and are constantly fended off by the Emprah before they can get close to humanity, because, as they are in warp space, can come out anywhere they want. The power of these colossal beings is worship by things that can think, namely humans. That's why the Emprah is so strong, because everyone worships and reveres him, and why cultists are so dangerous and the Inquisition so important.
