Nailed it.

America - big, brash, pushy, violent, but is insecure as hell.
Canada - small, quieter, fairly pacifistic, but packs one fucker of a punch.
Mexico - Oh, you poor, poor countryball.

Between NA countries: loud arguing
Between NA / rest of the world: NA totally besties.

Now if only we could merge canada and the US and create something with the best traits of both countries.

It would be a beautiful horrifying super power.

Canada trolls the U.S. by invoking manifest destiny and taking over the continent, and the rest of the Commonwealth lulz along with them as the Ameri-nuts scream and cry.

I can dig it.

Canada takeover America? Well il go get the coffins ready. Those poor Canadians are gonna all die.

Really Canada's only saving grace in the case of an all out war is that Canadas friends with everyone and strategically positioned so it's surrounded by barren frozen hell and all it's strategic targets are right next to the US's border.

But really a merger between the US and Canada would be op. It'd make the largest country in the world, dominate the entire American hemisphere and would probably finally convince Washington to change to the Metric system.

Plus Canada + America would mean only one more country (Mexico) until North American Union time.

We'd need the European Federation to even slow that down!

Even then you'd be just about sorta even.

Idea: form a North American Coalition/Union government, have the NA countries govern themselves but report to the uber-federal government. Like the Canadian provincial system; provinces do most of their own stuff, but the federal government oversees and does national stuff.

So Americans can be American and Canadians can be Canadian and Mexicans can be Mexican and we can all be Noth American and make the rest of the world shit itself.

Better yet:

The Anglosphere.

Just North America? Nah my plan was more of take everything down to Panama and the Caribbean then once we've cultural wiped everyone to speak English and unified the governmental system we proceed to takeover South America and repeat.
Then later we coincide Africa assuming it's still a shitty third world place and become uber-Americano conquerors of Earth.
