Let's say you become the defacto leader of your country or country of your choosing and for some reason everyone listens to you and doesn't throw you out of office immediately, one day while sailing on your Jew powered yatch you have the idea of conquering the world, but first, you must plan it!

Tl;dr how would you counquer the universe

Be the number one contributor to global warming and build bunkers for when apocalypse rolls around. Then use military force to destroy all other uprising factions.

Enjoy waiting a couple million years for the climate to do what it's already naturally doing.

Seize control of all shipping lanes, major and minor, and then brutally cut them off one by one and seize control of the paralyzed countries.

7) Retake Asia
7.3) Plow through Africa
7.6) Conquer North America
8) Conquer South America

10) Rule univers

Well, conquering NA would required either zergrush (to match the U.S. zerg) and/or cold weather survival that very few militaries have (Russia, Canada, *maybe* some of the Nordics).

It actually snows more and gets colder in Russia and Canada than it does in Scandavia. So we have that.

If you've nuked the States, though, North America can send you a +1 for increasing the average IQ. here by a lot.

Ah, world conquest, yes. Any country you say?

America has the best military in the world, that's a fact. It also has the second largest economy. If I were leader of the US with full control, the rest would be easy.
First of all, assassinate the leaders of major enemy countries. Either use skilled snipers or make DARPA develop a radar-invisible bomb.
Then, I'd nuke these countries' key strategic points. They would now be severely weakened, and I could send in troops.
By now, my allies would probably be very worried. So I'd have people assassinate the leaders of allied countries too, and have inside workers detonate their atomic weaponry from the inside, or at least disarm it.
Basically assassinate, nuke and invade my way to world conquest, a tactic which works if you're the US.
