What would be bigger then a Titan

Playing around with RP ideas and stuff I've always ended up on one question of: If there was a ship class above Titan what would it be called and how big would it be?

So what's you guy's ideas on this? I'm fond of Galaxy class or Goliath class.
And if you feel like really partying, what would you call something above that?

Edit: after look at some numbers Id estimate a galaxy class at roughly 304 Kilometers long give or take 100.

Titan -> Leviathan -> Worldship -> You-Don't-Have-The-Resources-To-Build-This -> Galaxy

"Titan" probably covers everything up to ~25km size long axis.

That seems kinda small though I use Star Wars as a reference. My dreadnought base is the Executor class dreadnought (commonly known as the super str destroyer) my Titan sizing is the 11.8 ratio of star destroyer > super star destroyer which means a Titan should be about 224 kilometers and assuming the "rule of 12" a [above titan]. Should be 2,645,560 meters (2,645 kilometers) and above that it gets ridiculous and why would ever need this other then strigiformeARKreaperBorg?

Most folks put "titan" at 3-4 klicks +.

An SSD would fall under Titan for sheer size; if not role.

We don't use SW as a reference because, honestly, SW capital ships are rather oversized. There's no need for an 18-klick SSD when my 5-klick Titan carries the same punch -and is cheaper to boot.

To be honest after dreadnought ships stop really functioning soley as warships and start becoming more of a mobile colony/fear machine/epeen waver.

Who are these "most folks" because Titan is a rarely used term outside of FC and EVE from what I've found, as for fire power that 18-click Titan provides 12-clicks more point defence, fighter storage, factories, and area denial then that 5-click Titan.

And drives the material and monetary cost up correspondingly.

Call a titan a battleship, it won't make it cheaper.

Plus, at that size, your maneuverability is roughly on par with a space station.

At that size your strike craft capabilities of (cruisers-battleships) would not require you to move other then FTL jumping as close a you can.

Titans at that size would be more of like I said emotional response machines/factories/moving fleet bases.

More like a fleet carrier. As in, it carries the fleet. I suppose you'd only need to invest in one FTL drive if you can store all the other ships in it, though I very much doubt a ship capable of carrying a fleet would make up for the reduced cost of the others.

A fleet carrier but also a self sustaining supply base. Imaging parking this in the middle of enemy lines in a rich asteroid field and basically supplying your entire fleets supply needs from its stocks and factories. And it's defensive and fear capabilities make assaulting it practically impossible without seriously heavy weaponry or a fleet of dreadnoughts/another Titan.

@Lightspeed: Macross Frontier? Really? According to my research that's mainly a bunch of colony ships connected together, at best. The only thing capable of calling itself a warship is the Battle Frontier, which would be classified as a dreadnaught by FC standards.

But remember that Executor is the single largest ship in all of Star Wars, except the Death Stars, Yuuzhan Vong worldships, and a handful of other weird stuff. Anything bigger than it could be called a Titan.

This. The Executor-class is really the largest thing in the Star Wars universe that one can still call a ship while keeping a straight face.
Considering that ISDs are comperable to Dreadnaughts in the Futurecraft universe in both size and role. (Think of it. Just over 30 ISDs at the Battle of Endor, according to Wookiepedia. That was the final battle to decide the outcome of the entire galactic civil war. You could expect a similar ammount of Dreadnaughts utilized by the Strigiforme if they had to fight the rest of the galaxy, and the owls are smaller than the Galactiv Empire.) It's mostly terminology.
SW Star Destroyer = FC Dreadnaught
