I trust you guys that you will not make fun of me or anything like that.
----
I have some problems with depression, and i am in some kind of mental health clinic to get some help. People keep telling me that i don“t try to change, and thats why my life is bad and all sorts of things.
The complain that everyone had about me was about sports. I do not like my body enough to practice sports without being shy about who i am. The only sport that i do is Swordplay, because my group do not judge me by my appearence, only by the way that i fight. WHen i fight,i am not Lucas. I am Coruja, the mighty Owl Warrior [Yeah.]
Its the first time in my life that i am trying to change my health and things like that, and its working. But no,fuck him,no one cares,he just a nerdy fuck who stands all day in the computer, playing evil games from satan.
I hate myself for all this,i hate everyone who is judging me without seeing the effort that i am putting into this [Better health, sports,so on] .

Listen, most people are terrible and can go fuck themselves, and if they can't see that you're trying to change, then they can go fuck themselves even harder.

People are *, find ones you like and stick with them. Everyone else can pretty much go fuck theirselves.
You're quite lucky in that you have your swordplay group, a decent hobby by you can be somewhat social in, from what I understand. Sure it's not exactly a conventional sport, but it's an interest, something you can freely do with others. If you're suffering from depression something like that can be a real help.
I was pretty much the same with motorsports, I could do fuck all in the way of normal sports, I had difficulty fitting in, and people would go for that. Once I started getting into Motorsport I made a decent groups of friends, and after time I could just dismiss everyone else's shit as pointless garbage.
If you're putting the effort in, who cares if these people don't notice, it's your life, not theirs, stand by it. If you're working for it, don't stop until you're there, I won't even pretend I know what your situation is like, but I can tell you you'll go fuck nowhere if you start giving up.
Also kudos for working a FC reference into real life.

Pretty much what has been said; people are complete fucks. Disregard them. The ones that aren't? Those are friends, or at least friendly enemies.
And keep at it, letting other folks get you down is a bad thing.
(Tip, though: asking advice of a bunch of teens on the Internet may have... mixed results.)

Clearly these 'everyone' people need to go fuck themselves. Half the time sports are for retarded idiots who couldn't go anywhere anyway. As for that video game satan stuff. Fuck that person specifically for their religious beleifs, I hope they go to whatever hell they've dreamed up.
I suggest finding a burly group of muscly men with alike video game interests. Nobody fucks with a group of muscly video game players.

If it's your family then that's another matter. You need to work that out with them, and I'm afraid none of us here can really help you with that matter. Apart from perhaps if they call you worthless find a way to prove them wrong.

Fuck people, acquire independence from the lesser minded.
Fuck the haters, keep on rolling.
Insert stupid inspirational quote from a guy on the other side of the planet here.
But yeah, what everyone else said. People, what a bunch of bastards. If you got a few people you can hang out with, hang out with them. If there are people who bully you, fuck 'em, it just means they're insecure while you're a fucking Grade-A mutha * fighter or something.
So just keep on keepin' on.

Well I am spending countless hours in front of the monitor and it doesn't seem my parents judge me for that , perhaps because I get good grades in college and all otherwise I think they would be pretty tick. In general everyone has some sort of destructive "addictiveness" , clarify to your parents that they'd prefer to see you in front of the monitor all day rather than doing drugs, its one of the least destructive addictions there are, plus prove them its not actually that bad - You are still doing sports with friends show them that you spend time outside doing swordplay and such, show them it doesn't impact your grades, your daily life, try to bring them to understanding you. I doubt your parents are judgmental about you, rather misinformed, if you show them its not THAT bad and it could be much worse, that you enjoy your life and actually LIVE it, Im sure they will at least become more or less indifferent about your hobby with occasional complaints and such ... Just to clarify they will never appreciate this hobby of yours but well they can be indifferent to it (its more like them accepting the fact)
Well ofc if you don't practice swordplay and you grades do suffer from your gaming then its another problem and Im afraid your parents are partially right, bring it to the point where your grades are good, then go practice with your fellas more often, try to take the initiative and convince them to practice more if you feel there is not enough scheduled training.
