My sister and mother are interfering with my playing of TF2 by watching netflix. How do I use as much bandwidth as possible so i can slow the loading to a crawl?

Open every youtube video, crank up every torrent, and try to load every complicated webpage ever. Oh, and if you're daring, fire the LOIC at your own computer.

Deal with it or wait, because if you're not getting what you need from them doing whatever, then while they're doing whatever you never will. Unless your ISP is throttling, in which case, switch to one with A) better latency and B) better bandwidth. Not more, better.

Commence accidental unplugging of router.

CvN, if you have router access, prioritize traffic from your computer IP address (using a static internal IP address) and make your gaming traffic higher priority that their streaming netflix traffic.

If possible you could plug your computer into an ethernet cable. Or do what fen said. I think that'd work... infact I'm going to try it myself..

Though the ethical concerns of stealing internet from your family are quite severe ... But its gaming screw them all TAKE ALL THE NETZ !

Apparently there is supposed to be enough to go around. I talked to the master of the internet (dad) and he's fixing it.

Enough? Netflix sucks up internet like a dry sponge in water, same with games, and Skype.
