So it produces an absolutely miniscule thrust - a few microNewtons - but hey, reactionless drive.
Fuck you, Physics, we do what we like.

Don't trust the British, they are all Owl agents.

EDIT: But seriously, this is fucking nifty. Potentially starship-capable, even - the fact that it basically has zero thrust velocity and infinite ISP means you'd be able to reach relativistic speeds easily, given enough time.

Because you'd need exotic matter. And only the SGC has any.

Exotic matter? So like shit from a person that doesn't speak english?

Ive solved warp theory, Get on mah level.

You better hope that's not the exotic matter you're looking for, otherwise every third world country would have tachyon mass drivers at this point.

I've never trusted the British. The villains in the movies are always British. Take Star Wars for example. All the higher-ups in the Empire have British accents. They most certainly cannot be trusted.

Don't worry while the British are trying to move boxes with electricity NASA is testing warp drive fundementals.

Alcubierre Drives are mathematically sound; we just don't have the exotic matter required to build them.
So we have already proved FTL possible with the numbers, and did it while physics still had a deathgrip on out collective balls.
So an EmDrive isn't actually too much of a stretch.

Folks have seriously been trying to make EM-drives since the 1940s. That is a fact.
Now, next step: produce an EM drive that can produce a force greater than its weight and build flying saucers.

Woowoowoowoowoowoo, space nazis are coming!
And I guess all we need are high-power EmDrives, Albubierre Drives, and some half-bald French guy with a British accent and we're all set.
