So, you have a massive Ebola outbreak in Africa, WWIII capable of breaking out at any time in either Asia or Europe, and an impending extra dimensional invasion.

Well Russia is putting it's troops back on Ukraine's border, and there are unconfirmed reports of them firing shells at Ukrainian military and the US is threatening a strong retaliation, ISIS is genocidal and wants to take over the world and they've been planning an attack on New York since their leader was released and they already have militants hiding
in New York as proven by their twitter photos. So... ya. The world is screwed. Except North Korea. They'll be fine.
And guess who'll be there to pick up the pieces?

So... a doctor returning to the US from Africa tested positive for Ebola after several days back, in which time he most certainly spread the disease to those around him. So that sucks.

Send some special forces to Russia with a nuke, and launch it at that city.
Then blame russia and nuke their nuke supply and then their entire country.

As soon as they hear that we blamed them they'll turn the entire country to radioactive dust. Probably Europe too, just to be absolutely sure. And while they're nuking things, they'll take out all those pesky middle eastern countries. Russia, China, and North Korea will be the only survivors in the end.
