It is that one with all the oddities in the Jap mecha culture compressed into it huh ? I dropped it after the first few episodes couse it didn't quite feel up my alley, one of those rare occasions I actually do it.

Spice and Wolf ... Its not a common one among anime, a show about a travelling merchant meeting a pretty but damn sly wolf girl. This one got a lot of dialogue, but a good one at that. If in most action movies you'd see ppl fighting with swords, guns or magic, here you'll see them fighting with words, and compared to action movies this one gave an impressive sense of danger as loosing your money here means imprisonment or even execution and the characters all feel vulnerable to that threat. This show however is not for the dumb, as said earlier it is dialogue heavy and if you want to get whats going on you'll have to use your brain.

Death note doesn't need an introduction for most ppl so Ill leave it to you, I also note a bunch of weird names on your list cats.

Guren Lagann has giant mechs. It's probably the best giant mech anime, and is breddy gud on all fronts.

I watched some of it a while ago, but I don't remember much. anyway I'm going in alphabetical order now. so it's not my next one to watch.

Apparently, the anime I just watched(Yukikaze) is being made into a live action movie featuring Tom Cruise(missile). The Top Gear references will be endless. I think this is a problem, because the plot of the anime was confusing as hell, probably due to the 30+ minute episodes, as opposed to the 20 minute or so episodes most anime use.

Currently, I'm watching the strangest weird anime, Outbreak Company. It's alright, I guess. I don't really recommend, it's a comedy, I think, so no feels to be found.

Started watching Gurren lagann. I see why Iv dropped it, the first few episodes are basically just mechs and *. Gets better later on.
