Not totally sure, but bisexuality limits itself to "human", pansexuality and/or omnisexuality ia, well, anything sentient and reasonably compatible. Or something.

Cpt. Jack Hearkness was omnisexual, so... anything that's sentient.

I believe Omnisexuality is anything.
Pansexuality, is all human genders, incl., Male, Female, Agender, Bigender, Genderfluid, etc.
Bisexuality is 2 genders, but not nessicerilly Male and female
