Where's that picture from? It looks a little bit strange to me. No turrets, for one thing, but the upper section also seems to be stretched farther towards the bow than it should be.

Posted by some guy on imgur. AFAIK it's an Imperial I-class SD. I guess they forgot to add the weapons to the picture, or something.

I still never understood why they put their bridge on a tiny little neck away from everything else on the ship.

The proportions of the ISD seem a bit weird.
Aren't they usually less sleek?

Looks about right to me, maybe a little shorter. But proportions seem correct. Not sure about the sleekness.

Different angle, I think. Schematics I've seen always seem to have them fairly long, but you almost always see them front-quarter profile.

Still, cool spaceship. But I'll take Mon Remonda any day.

Those are different angles of the same 3D model Vinyl posted, Ansel Hsiao's. To my knowledge it is the highest quality canon render of an Impstar that exists.
