Uranus is a gas planet tho, so even if there was Uranium or Plutonium, it would be at the very core and extremely hard to get.
For Pluto, I don't think they even know what it's made out of yet because they only got shitty pics and never actually sent a probe there.

He could have got it, but decided to go along with it, not every time ppl respond srsly it means they didnt get what you said, I find it hard to believe he didnt get it wasn't serious, though in the same time as a joke its quite a bad one, it probably didn't even get 1% of your facial muscles to work towards a smile.
