I don't get the point of the bots, what are they supposed to be doing? Why are they spying on us?

Well the Google [bot] is a search bot, it scans the forums and when people search keywords that show up here it pops up as one of the options. However the Baidu [spider] is a spider, spiders are sent out to collect information such as copying threads to a new forum. However Baidu is basically the Chinese (aprovedish) version of google and wikipedia. Why the hell it's targeting this forum I don't know.

They want to recruit us to the chinese space navy.

Actually, the chinese search engine works by copying western websites to Chinese servers in order to assure no bad propaganda reaches them.
I am highly confused as to why they are so interested in us tho. I mean, Baidu is here more than Google, wtf. Maybe it has to do with the Chinese counter-Strigiforme intelligence program.

Well, there was one time on the old-old forums when I noticed about a dozen more people than usual being online, and after a quick check with /whoisonline it appeared they came from the same chinese city. But that's about it. Idk.

I blame it on Tiel's signature.

I was using the code of Finnish/German menes to say that there's no such thing as democracy anymore, the US is a sort of Plutarchy, Russia is... Russia, and the EU is the 4th Reich.

Of course there's no such thing as democracy anymore, democracy by itself is horrible at anything more the city states. That democratic republic however.

I actually have difficulties trying to understand where the EU would get the title 4th Reich from.
Right now, the EU is actually something no one is really sure what it is. Because basically every political party wants the EU to be something different.
I do agree with the US being a plutocracy and Putin being a * who wants to restore the USSR tho.
