This is sort of light for me, but I cannot imagine anyone not liking this song:

Also, I remember my Sabaton phase Ivan, now I'm more into the Brutal Death and Black(ened) spectrum of metal.

I liked your song, CMA.
Gonna follow up with some Sonic the Hedgehog soundtrack.
It's various styles, but I'm not sure how close it can get to the hardcore-level of Metal CMA likes. Try 'Almost Dead', that's as 'death' as they ever put in any of their soundtracks.

I liked one song from Sonic as a kid, can't remember the name. Almost Dead has pretty nice vocals.

It might have been a classic one then.

Try those playlists, they incluse the most famous tunes from that time.
However, if the time we're talking about is more like late 90s/early 2000s, those playlists might contain it as well

Nah, none of those. I think it was one you posted, although my piece of shit browser can't load the spoiler very well so I don't want to risk crashing it to find the name.

CMA, did you just post an actual original middile high German Walther v.d. Vogelweide ~1200 Sangspruch?
Congrats then for posting stuff we learnt in German classes.

Anyway, why don't I throw some Shingeki No Kyojin in there, just for fun... And German.

Yep, the Palastinalied is a masterpiece, I'm suprised that they taught it to you in school, though:

Kristen juden und die heiden
jehent daz dis ir erbe sî
got müesse ez ze rehte scheiden
dur die sîne namen drî
al diu werlt diu strîtet her
wir sîn an der rehten ger.
reht ist daz er uns gewer

Isn't exactly politically correct.

They didn't teach us about the piece itself, but we spent, like, a week covering Walther.

Ah, that makes sense then. Also, it's very weird liking bands small enough so that I'm actually becoming friends with one of the guys behind one.
