You look, and there is nothing there, nothing there, nothing there, merely the omnipresent pressing of the darkness of the abandoned research facility on your eyeballs. You turn around and look some more, cradling your assault rifle, straining your eyes against the darkness, before you realize that there is something there, and it's been there the whole time.
