That kind of math is what's standard in Geometry over here, a second year course. Did it my first year so don't need to take Calculus or any of that crap this coming one

In sneior year I believe we're to learn Calculus. but I could be wrong, I haven't actually looked at my school's current courses.

Also, calculus scares me.

I'm taking four AP classes and a few online college courses next year, including AP calc.

I just did research on calculus and appearently it's what we're gonna learn in those last two years, among other stuff.
So basically we have all American maths-related classes condensed into one subject...

Not lucky. I recall there being ways in America to avoid at least some parts of maths, while in Austria it's "ALL the advanced maths or no college".
On the bright side, you don't neccessarily need college to get a decent job in Austria and those who do have at least an idea of what is advanced maths.

In fact being an immigrant in Austria warrants you a monthly pay bigger than the average salary here. Why do you study anyway ?
