Step 1 - Merge the US and Canada to form a super super power, Balance gun rights and socialism to avoid rebellion.
Step 2 - Mexico joins. Or else.
Step 3 - Capture the Caribbean islands and Central America down to Panama.
Step 4 - Govermentify all Power, Water, Electricity, Food, Communication and Fosil fuel companies under one Megacorperation puppeted by the government and based on a doctrine of Americans first. Also require English to be the main language of all, Removal of the other filthy languages will provide more intercultural ties and strength.
Step 5 - Prepare military for Phase 2.


Phase 2: South America
Step 1 - Capture Brazil as priority target it's vast oil reserves and actual military must be captured in order for the plan to move forward.
Step 2 - After or during the capturing of Brazil proceed to capture the remaining South American countries since most of there capitals are coastal or near the coast and the countries lack of a sizable military there capture should be relativly simple and straightforward.
Step 3 - Cultural and Government integration as shown in phase 1.
Step 4 - Develop vast American infrastructure and develop fossil fuel alternatives, Spread the semi-government mega corporation to other countries where possible and sell excess products to other countries, most notably oil. Also develop a high speed passenger and cargo train system that covers the continent. Lay a fiber obtic network over the whole continent to replace inefficient copper lines.

Phase 3: The Pacific and general ocean islands
Step 1 - Peacfully or if failed: aggressively take the many pacific islands, New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Indonesia and Japan.
Step 2 - Request to purchase any European owned islands in the Pacific or Atlantic areas.
Step 3 - General unification and improvements, Also lay fiber optic lines to islands with expansion to Old World in mind.

Phase 4: Africa
Step 1 - Target strategic trade points, Morroco and Egypt and fortify heavily to avoid much likely Eurasian interference. Also target other critical trade lanes such as Saudia Arabia, Sudan, Somalia and Yemen.
Step 2 - Proceed to gather the rest of Africa through available means.
Step 3 - Begin long process of developing and modernizing Africa, Use it's vast resources to power the new industrial machine of the Americas.
Step 4 - Prepare for Pax America, Counstruct large defense net or "Iron Curtain" around all American territories tying them together with a unified defense network. Focus money on Space development and research. Avoid ties to outside nations.
