Anything that's happening outside the picture is largely left up to the viewer's imagination and how deep in the gutter their heads are, whereas anyone unfamiliar with the human reproductive system would simply wonder why the girl is in that position in her underwear, and then speed off to visit some other site (because that's what young uns do when they don't understand something)

This story falls under the latter. The only reason you think you know where each scene is headed is because many of you are already familiar with how both homo and hetero sexual intercourse works, and in reality that's what's causing you to draw the conclusions you do. Someone unscarred by the internet's perverse ways, whose innocence we try to protect here, would be extremely confused by the end of the first paragraph, let alone the part where the waitress has a 'nice butt'. Tell me, how many people do you know under the age of twelve that realize the nature of that comment (at a time in their lives where poop is considered an insult)? I myself know none that wouldn't burst out laughing at the notion that a posterior could be considered attractive, but if I did I would not hesitate to show them this story, as they'd neither gain nor lose anything by viewing it.

tl;dr anyone whose head isn't in the gutter wouldn't comprehend the suggestive themes, anyone who does is not harmed by reading it.

Now, as I've explained, this story does not have any pornographic content within it and thus not in violation of any of the rules. You people are overreacting.
