cya for now

Post by CommanderKobialka » Sat Jun 22, 2013 8:20 pm

Wow. I just got back from a camp related to my church (yes I'm a religious person) and for the first time I feel like I'm in control of every aspect of my life. It really made me think about how I've been spending my life. I think I'm going to leave the forum for a few weeks and try to pay attention to what really matters in my life. Sorry, but an online forum doesn't seem like one of them. (no offence to any of you) Please don't start any religious arguments on this topic. Seriously. Don't be that person. So yea, cya.
Throw the commies in the drink so my country can be free!

I am deeply offended by the insinuation that real life could somehow be more important than the Internet.

Seriously, though, good for you. Sometimes the smallest impetus is all it takes to make the sort of changes that can turn a life around. Don't let these opportunities go to waste.

Hey the net is a cool place but the real world eventually is the one that created it, so why not go for the roots ?

Ha ha, interesting coincidence. I just went to church for the first time in my life, and I have now been turned on to the path of religion. And only three days ago an incident while I was geocaching up in Wapakoneta has caused me to begin shifting farther left in the political spectrum.

I'm a tad baffled. (Understatement, anyone?)

I watched The Exorcist for the first time yesterday. This has made me think about religion as well, although perhaps not in the sense Tau and Kobialka are.

(Kzinti script, as best as can be displayed in Human characters, translated roughly as "For the Patriarchy!")

Yea he was basically a pacifist, luckily for him his people quickly understood that pacifism doesn't live long in this world and became quite radically right especially during the later medieval ages when there was basically no need in it anymore ...
