I sucked at Algebra. I'm extremely comfortable in Geometry! I think I might puke...

E=mc^2, probably the most commonly known but possibly one of the least-understlod of equations.

Or my personal favourite, e=[m(d3)]/2. Will not make much sense, I feel.

[ Mass in metric tons ( Distance in LY times 3 ) ] / 2

So
E=[2250000000(10{3})]/2
E=[2250000000(30)]/2
E=67500000000/2
E=33750000000

Thus, 33,750,000,000w, or 33.75 gigawatts/10LY.

Error, you didn't give complete equation. You forgot the part about speed for special relativity.
