I am about as tall as you, my weight is above 80kg and I am NOT fat.
Gain 10kg of weight. Seriously, too little weight is at least as unhealthy as too much...

I am 8cm shorter than error and manage to weigh 9kg less while doing no exercise and eating constantly, so its not that bad :) This is actually my healthy weight, no matter how much I eat my body refuses to grow fat -_- And no, I don't have tapeworm.
