Great, but there are few problems there:

-Life support requires machinery to purify air store/process water, and artificial gravity generators which can take up a lot of space.
-If your guns require physical ammo, they will need to be reloaded at some stage. Even if you have ammo feeding into guns on a track, it still needs to be replaced at some stage.
-Training is an interesting issue. Although you can download the information into the soldiers' minds, does that make them physically capable? You need robots as soldiers, or you need to keep your soldiers fit and healthy.
-Conference/briefing rooms are better than email, as people can come and go, talk with each other, and use props. Also, it looks cooler.
-Does your ship have crew quarters?
These are excellent suggestions and should all be included in a larger ship.

-Air/water/purification systems are all part of storage
-Weapons are powered by a Plasma-like substance
-Is that going to be added into futurecraft? if it is, that would be an interesting factor
-All ship crew/pilots/soldiers wear glasses that provide a HUD (Digital Display) with an equivelent of Skype all filtered through the ships secure in ship only Wifi. Also, species is telepathic to a certain extent.

again in my stats and stuff idea
people would slowly get some experience with certain things
so it would be best to have an shooting range
and weights on your ships

so people can lvl up their shooting

and people would adept to certain amounts of gravity
so if you have low graV it would be wise to exercise to maintain your muscle mass
