Use the -rotx parameter and see what happens.

Alternatively, you can also import the schematic in MCEdit, flip it properly, and then re-export the corrected file.

Doesn't seem to have made any difference, tried both rotz and rotx. Any more ideas?

The MCEdit method should work fine.

I would do, but for some reason it doesn't display properly , so iI can't see what I'm doing until after ive placed it, and by then I can't change it anymore

Just wait for it to load in, stand on each of the 4 bottom corners for about 30 seconds until you find the ship

Well there is one little problem you didn't think about - you took the cmd for win64 and there is no cmd for win32 , glad I actually know how to use it without shortcuts , In case you are on win32 type "cmd" in the search box in the start menu and launch it from there. Type in CD <directory - from the disc up to the binvoxer folder>

Example: CD C.:\Users\user\Documents\Binvoxer

from there on you can continue as stated above.
