Top arrow - Position of the dock, on a piece of land jetting off of the island
3 all together - Patches of grass for the energy things
Bottom arrow - The two Flat-Top mountains in the desert area.

I'd like to build the 4th one.
As was to be expected, I've given up on my carrier. I just have no idea how to fill the space, or to make the outside detailed without ruining the feel of the structure (also, my design was lame).
So, I'll build the 4th picture, then I'll see if I can find a way to make super-advanced looking ships in Mineceaft.

Oh, sure. The station's a good 15 kilometers tall. But I'd be willing to bet that most of the pictures in the OP wouldn't fit in a Minecraft world, either.
