So some of you (i.e. none) have wanted to know how a ship is produced and published. So here's how it goes.
Step one, Plan
I start off by thinking of the general idea and shape of the ship or vehicle. If it's a big project i'll often draw the design on paper.
Step two, Build
Now i actually build the ship, I start off by making the hull or "shell" of the ship. After that i go in and put in weapons, cargo pods, make the cabin, etc. etc. After that (if necessary) i have a look around the ship and see if it needs blocks here and there for color.
Step three, Photo Shoot
Now, I go into MCedit and copy the creating in to a blank flatlands world. After that i go into the world and modify the ships as I would want them to look on the forum, i do that by making the missiles, drones, and various functions of the ship. Once that's done, I get rid of all the functions being displayed then i take four pictures of the ship, front, back, side, and an angled photo (if the ships are symmetrical). If the ships aren't symmetrical, i take two side photos.
Step four, Publish
For the final step, I open up a tab for FutureCraft itself, and a tab for uploading photos. And then I put the photos in, add the descriptions and info and complete the process. Wow i can't believe you read this far, here have a Thumbs up
