I worked on the Drongar-class some more today, and it's coming along nicely. However, upon further consideration, I think it may not be the Drongar-class hospital ship at all, but rather the Serroco-class siege frigate. This is because it's a fairly small frigate, not much more than a hundred meters long, and I can't really think of a good use for a hospital ship that size. However, a siege frigate, with little armament other than a cluster of missile launchers or lasers designed for planetary bombardment, would be a useful thing. The design has been slightly modified to accommodate this.

It's probably not going to get any longer than it is now. It's a frigate, but only technically - a few blocks shorter and it'd be a corvette. When I eventually get around to Thyferra-class, it will be much larger.

No progress has been made on any ship today because I got new LEGOs.

I have been away from home for the past few days, but I'm back now and I worked on the ship some earlier. I am almost ready to start laying the hull onto the superstructure. I've got the hull shaped already, so it just has to be duplicated, rotated around, and put into place. Then I can finish the basic outer ship by adding weapons, engines, a bridge, and such, and then I'll paint it. Then I'll do the interior, and I'll be done. It's pretty much confirmed to be Serroco-class now. After that, I'm going to play around with Blockman's tanks for a while. They shall henceforth be known as Sky's Edge-class heavy vehicles, and they shall serve the Hegemony. Such is progress! Hail Jedi!
